Working Student Educational Content & Projects (Start: 01.10.2024, Munich or Berlin)

• Educational Content Creation and Translation: Develop, update, and translate educational materials in English and German, tailoring them for various distribution channels and audiences, and revising content based on feedback.
• Content Writing: Craft compelling content for both internal knowledge management  and external (Help Centre) platforms, ensuring it is informative and engaging for the target audience.
• AI-Assisted Educational Projects: Utilise AI translation tools and language models to assist in creating and maintaining educational projects to ensure accuracy

Your Learnings:

• Get creative and expand your expertise in a specific area within the digital marketing field, such as content marketing, lead generation, or product-led growth. etc.
• Contribute with your own ideas to improve processes and efficiency by taking care of end-to-end responsibilities within your field of experience
• Understanding of brand management and how to maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials
• Time management and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Learn how to operate successfully in a team, and effective strategies for collaboration with many stakeholders

We are looking for students who are passionate about digital marketing, tech and process automation and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders.

Hard Skills:

• You are a registered student in an area such as marketing, media, communication studies, or similar.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships in the field of branding and marketing
• Ideally, some experience in the B2B environment
• English is required, as we are a European company
• You ideally have experience in relevant tools and programs (Contentful, Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar) 

Soft Skills:

• You like to communicate and work in a structured way and take responsibility
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You are well organized and keen to deliver high-quality work
• You have a good sense for communicating messages to target groups
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand information and work with different tools very quickly.

• Tech-savvy mindset with get-stuff-done mentality to tackle any tasks that enable our team to work smoothly

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
