The DACH Marketing Team at Personio is bringing the Go-To-Market-Strategy to life in our German-speaking markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As the voice of the region, we act as a strategic partner to our Sales team, other customer-facing teams and the wider marketing organisation.

We’re looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who supports our team in the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for our online and offline channels such as events, email marketing, webinars and paid media.

You will take care of the following tasks:

  • Plan, organize and execute events such as Dinners, Trade Show appearances, Webinars and Conferences together with the team

  • Create Email marketing campaigns to activate our audience. This includes writing email copies, segmenting our database and coming up with fresh ideas

  • Be creative to develop new campaign ideas

  • Support on project management duties for bigger projects within the team

  • Support planning and organising outbound marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and agencies

  • Report on campaigns and making sure that data is managed correctly

What you need to succeed

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field

  • German native speaker with advanced verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, demanding environments like startups, big tech or management consulting

  • Experience working in data-driven marketing teams is a plus

  • You are a creative problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership on projects and have an eye for details

  • Fantastic communicator - comfortable speaking to internal and external stakeholders and getting everyone aligned

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus

  • High degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality

  • Ideally you bring 12+ months time for the role, as in our experience this enables you to really get accustomed with our internal processes and follow through on own projects end-to-end
