The Role
As Team Lead Processes & Systems, you will hire, lead and grow a team that is responsible for enabling various customer-facing teams through the right tooling and workflows. Your team owns the planning and implementation of the tool landscape for a rapidly growing >350 people organization spanning from Professional Services, Support, Inside Sales, Customer Success to Customer Education. In your role, you will play a major role in our automation and scalability strategy with impact on overall business performance.
Your responsibilities include:
- You develop and execute our Processes & Systems strategy and vision in close partnership with the Head of CX Enablement
You develop and motivate your team through continuous feedback, formal evaluations, and coaching to drive team satisfaction and performance
You equip our CX department with the best-in-class systems to accomplish our operational and business goals
You and your team support various CX teams to measure, design, and implement scalable processes that improve their efficiency
You foster cross-functional alignment with other teams and leaders to jointly create a high value and well prioritized road map
You regularly plan the budget and hiring needs for your team and are responsible for the execution and adherence of those plans
You are accountable for our road map and team OKRs. You make sure that projects and goals are achieved on time, delivering high quality and managing your team workload
