Join Personio as Intern - IT Administration (m/f/d) and take an active role in shaping our internal IT infrastructure to provide a productive workplace for more than 1000 motivated and talented colleagues worldwide with over 700 working at the Munich HQ alone.
In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
Helpful, people-oriented, ownership mindsets: you feel responsible for keeping infrastructure running smoothly
Assist with setup of new users, accounts & hardware
You will be helping our IT Operations Team on-site in their daily business operations
Be actively involved in identifying future needs and openly sharing your ideas
Provide hardware or IT services to employees
Help with writing of support documentation/knowledge articles
What you need to succeed
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus on IT
You have a basic technical knowledge relating to macOS & networking And good inventory and asset management skills
You have excellent customer service skills
You have the ability to work independently in a result-oriented way
You are highly organized and proactive
Your English is fluent for both written and verbal communications
Additionally, it would be nice to have:
if you are working toward ITIL certification or Apple Certified Support Professional certification
