CX Training Specialist (m/f/d)

The Role

Every month, we welcome at least a dozen new joiners who onboard, support, and consult our customers. At the same time, customers’ requirements are growing more diverse, and simultaneously expectations towards customer-facing roles are growing while the company is maturing. Not only in terms of being experts in the product, but also knowing about HR-related regulations in various markets, understanding people processes, data, and tools, and more generally being technically savvy.

As a Customer Experience Training Specialist, you undertake training projects in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders. You design and develop training materials, deliver training on Personio product and HR excellence topics and measure the success of your initiatives. Simply put, you are a true generalist with a huge impact. 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • You deliver training and decide on a healthy mix of modalities for facilitating excellent training 
  • You effectively design eLearning experiences and training materials 
  • You lever your project management experience in collaboration with our SMEs and external partner to ensure best-in-class learning experiences
  • You build and maintain a continuous relationship with operational management to ensure training curricula are aligned with business roadmaps, informed by main contact and performance drivers
  • You establish KPIs and create a measurement framework to monitor and report the effectiveness, efficiency, and participant satisfaction of your initiatives 
  • You collaborate closely with our CX Learning Partners and Personio’s central Learning & Development function to ensure a holistic learning experience that reflects Personio’s learning principles
  • You stay up to date with pioneers’ training practices and constantly work towards training state of the art
What you need to succeed
  • You have at least three years of experience in building and delivering technical product training in Customer Experience/Success 
  • Experiences in fast-growing SaaS companies would be a huge plus
  • You are familiar with different learning management and content creation tools, instructional design skills are a must-have 
  • You work highly analytical, are strongly data-driven, translate your findings into solutions and operationalize them
  • You are a skilled and efficient presenter and communicator - capable of applying storytelling to ensure learning success 
  • You are tech-savvy, with the interest and ability to deal with different software products, and able to get to the heart of complex technical topics in simple words
  • You work highly collaboratively and enjoy finding common ground with your stakeholders
  • You are very good at written and spoken English
