As part of the Reward Team you will be working on developing, implementing and embedding our reward strategy across Personio from both a strategic and operational perspective and getting us closer towards being the best technology company to work for in Europe. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing and implementing a competitive and innovative total reward strategy to consider both local and global business requirements and including all elements of reward (i.e. compensation and incentive, stock, benefits, performance and career growth and people frameworks)
- Strategic assessment of the effectiveness of current Sales compensation programmes on a global scale, identifying best practices and benchmarks in Sales incentives, as well as developing recommendations
- Own the modeling, management and reporting of sales compensation for individual contributors through sales leaders on a global scale
- Be the expert on sales compensation collaborating closely with cross functional teams, connected with the Sales teams and leadership to understand business needs and derive competitive compensation deliverables
- You will be working with the broader People Team to deliver performance & compensation review cycles
