We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to help take our Recruiting product to the next level. In this role you will translate our product vision into strategic goals for you and your team, bringing in your unique experience and expertise around growth loops and monetisation models. You are end-to-end responsible for the commercial growth and monetisation of our job promotion product that has a significant contribution to our topline. You are a champion of your product across the organisation and with customers. You will work cross-functionally with researchers, designers, engineers and other functions across customer growth, sales enablement and analytics to improve the user experience and develop new features for thousands of daily users.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Create, shape and iterate over the monetisation model of our promotion products to maximise revenue
- Drive product-led growth of existing and future job promotion products, in symbiosis with our Sales and CX functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Systematically analyse user feedbac
- Create and align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and the respective product roadmap
- Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritised backlog. Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications
