As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for the holistic support and HR consulting of key customers after the implementation. Your goal is to partner with your clients on achieving their HR transformation goals by driving the product adoption and measuring the results on a regular basis.

Your goal is to partner with your clients on achieving their HR transformation goals by driving the product adoption and measuring the results on a regular basis.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers define great HR processes to implement in Personio, by conducting requirement analysis and facilitating customer understanding of our product
- Consulting and sharing of best practices for the implementation and further digitisation of their people processes
- Support and training customers in configuring and using Personio
- Conception and execution of Strategic Business Reviews of your customers while being a trusted advisor in terms of HR digitisation
- Collaboration with key stakeholders at Personio to create an added value for our customers by supporting the sales team during sales pitches or by sharing insights with the product teams to drive product adoption and development
