As a member of the People Operations Lifecycle Team, you will play a key role in shaping an excellent and solid HR presence across our International Personio office locations that are both in compliance with labor-law regulations and fully aligned with our strategic HR/People pillars. As a member of the People Operations Lifecycle Team, you will play a key role in shaping an excellent and solid HR presence across our International Personio office locations that are both in compliance with labor-law regulations and fully aligned with our strategic HR/People pillars. Some of your responsibilities would include:
- You will provide HR Operations Support to our global team for our office locations in Ireland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany and Spain
- You will be supporting with reporting and assisting with the global data clean up of employee information across our HRM system
- You will be responsible for all reporting within Personio, including pulling reports and manipulating data for use by other teams
- You will look after documentation in our HRM system and be responsible for sending out relevant documentation to employees
- You will assist with data entry and Information imports to the Personio system
- You will look after creating new joiner profiles in Personio and populating with all relevant details prior to new joiners starting
- You will assist with communication for the new joiners payroll information to the payroll department
- You will be responsible for your own HR Support ticket queue (Jira) and deliver an excellent employee experience in the process
- You will support ad hoc project work
