Due to our growth of our Amsterdam office, we are now looking to hire for the first time a Sales Development Manager in Amsterdam who will bring B2B software solution selling experience and leadership experience to develop the team to the next level.
As Sales Development Manager (known internally as Team Lead) you are at the forefront of our Benelux Sales Development Team, based in Amsterdam and will build and scale-out this team! This team is the first point of call for Sales across the Benelux region. You will support the further development of your team of Sales Development Representatives and the constant achievement of sales goals with expertise, motivation and above all fun. This role offers you a unique opportunity to help shape Personios’ growth and have a significant impact on the future of our customers' HR work!
