As part of the Reward Team you will be working on developing, implementing and embedding our reward strategy across Personio from both a strategic and operational perspective and getting us closer towards being the best technology company to work for in Europe.

Some of your responsibilities include:
- You will be supporting with developing and maintaining salary bands for a variety of job families across all departments
- You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility for the work on our Employee Share Option Plans
- You will be supporting with implementing and maintaining Global Benefits
- You will be working data-driven - diving into analytics, supporting with reporting and deriving insights from employee surveys
- You will be working with the broader People Team to deliver performance & compensation review cycles
- You will be supporting with Driving Total Reward Engagement
- You will have the opportunity to work on various projects within the Reward team
- You will be operating with full ownership of topics and excel on service
- You have an eye for detail and ensure a high result quality
