Team Lead Customer Value

The Role
Our Customer Value team actively approaches our existing customers, supports them in fully leveraging our products and in turn increases the usage rate. Long-term customer loyalty and product adoption are the most significant team objectives!

This position can be based in Dublin or remote in Ireland. 

Your tasks and responsibilities as Team Lead Customer Value include:

  • You will help build a new team from the ground up and have the chance to shape our processes. In total, you will be responsible for the recruiting and development of a team of up to 10 Customer Value Specialists
  • You are developing and conceptualizing campaigns and communication guidelines that enable the team to approach our customers effectively
  • You are continuously briefing and training your team to optimize the operational performance with a strong focus on quality.
  • You are working closely with the product team and other areas of our Customer Experience department to identify target audiences and promote the right products at the right time
  • You will manage your team to execute different customer campaigns in the best way possible, educating our customers on unused features and helping them implement processes in Personio in the most befitting way
  • Analyzing the team’s performance and all kinds of customer interactions by means of KPI dashboards, daily/weekly reports - identifying individual performances, optimization potentials, and trends, using the insights to improve the success of the campaign
What you need to succeed

  • Experience in leading operational teams with ambitious employees
  • Phone/Outbound Campaign experience: min. 3 years of experience in the conception and execution of data-driven campaigns for existing customers across various channels
  • Analytical thinking: you have a good understanding of numbers as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Proactive in approaching customers and inspiring them for Person products
  • IT savviness: you quickly get to grips with new software and tasks
  • Good people development skills by Identifying the strengths/weaknesses of each team member and systematically coaching them accordingly
  • Experience in customer communication (esp. negotiation/conflict/complaint management)
  • English skills: you have a good command of English (C2 level), both written and spoken (German skills are a plus)
