The Role
As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our Customer Data & Processes team, you will lead our efforts to work with high data quality and contribute to the improvement of our customer lifecycle, by transforming data into valuable insights for our Customer Success teams. We use data to better understand our customers and set the best solutions to improve their experience with Personio.

- Building ETL pipelines to transform data as needed for a specific project and recurring analysis
- Automated but hacky End2End analysis and data products that help with insight generation
- Developing and implementing strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality
- Using quantitative analytics techniques to enrich the analysis
- Taking care for model fit and compatibility with data engineer infrastructure
- Generate documentation around our data models and data flows, that align teams on the right way to access and use them
