As Manager Finance Integrations (m/f/d) you will play an active role in building digital bridges between Personio’s state-of-the-art business systems. Your objective will be to drive up productivity and automation across multiple departments and locations, ensuring business users get the right data at the right time. You will build the foundation for scalable Finance IT infrastructure ensuring the efficient and effective processing of data.
This position can be filled in our offices or remotely within Ireland, Spain, Germany, Netherlands or the UK.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Build, improve and manage different interfaces between existing business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Spendesk, Workday and other)
- Define, execute and own the data integration strategy between multiple tools, making sure data structures can be consumed by multiple stakeholders
- Continuously drive automation by identifying and addressing small and big process inefficiencies
- Maintain and improve the Finance data model and necessary business processes around it
- Monitor the quality of data and proactively take steps to address discrepancies
- Create structured documentation and develop learning resources for different audiences
- Collect, clarify and prioritize internal requirements to build roadmaps across multiple teams
- Coordinate external service providers to ensure on-time and in-budget deliverables
