At its core, the purpose of this role is to empower Personio’s to reach their maximum potential today and tomorrow. By driving a comprehensive growth and enablement framework, you will ensure Personio’s are set up for success from day one and beyond.

What are the most important duties of this role?

  • You will partner with the Head of People and Organizational Development to elevate the enablement frameworks at Personio including onboarding, performance & growth, always on feedback
  • You will design and rollout transparent growth and development practices that drive peak performance and enable Personio’s to build the best careers of their lives
  • You will partner with key partners across the wider People & Workplace development team to ensure we are defining, measuring, enabling and rewarding peak performance and growth in a holistic and unified way 
  • You will drive enhanced UX and reporting by optimizing how we leverage our performance and feedback tools
  • You will ensure comprehensive communication and training to ensure Personio’s are empowered to engage in all growth and development practices
  • You will manage key stakeholder relationships both internal and externally, including vendor partnerships
What you need to succeed
  • A minimum 3 years experience 
  • Experience of consulting, partnering and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks and processes in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Proven track record of diagnosing  success drivers and developmental needs across organization and translating them into impactful enablement solutions
  • Experienced adopting design thinking & customer-centric approaches to solution development and implementation
  • Experience analysing data and connecting you efforts back to company health and performance

  • Ensures Accountability: Acts with a clear sense of ownership by taking personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failure
  • Communicates effectively: Is effective in a variety of communication settings, adjusts to fit the audience and provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization 
  • Manages Complexity: Acquires data from multiple sources when solving problems and evaluates pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options
  • Plans and aligns: Breaks down objectives into appropriate initiatives and organises activities with relevant milestones and schedules Balances Stakeholders: Balances the interests of multiple stakeholders, acts fairly despite conflicting demands and aligns them to find a common solution
  • Strategic Mindset: Anticipates future trends and implications accurately and creates competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action
  • Optimizes Work Processes: Seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete re-engineering
