As a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible of the following areas:
- Owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting process of all Product & Tech-related Personio roles (Product, Engineering, BI & Analytics, Design)
- Defining and implementing suitable recruiting/sourcing strategies in order to find the best and most motivated talent
- Working closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Building and implementing best processes
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the whole recruiting process
- Continuously improving our talent acquisition function, including the identification of improvement areas and rolling out best practices
- Bringing new ideas on how to scale teams in an efficient manner: Events, assessments....
- Working closely with Employer Branding to attract the best Tech talent
- Identifying trends in the markets
- Data and reporting as a way to make decisions on facts
