In the Payroll Domain, our ultimate goal is to ensure that people around the world are paid accurately and on time for their hard work. This means ensuring all the manual backoffice processes and inter-connected systems are simplified and humanised into intuitive and secure solutions.
We are looking for a Product Designer that is passionate and experienced in solving complex problems. You will help create best-in-class user experiences and contribute to our overall mission to offer a payroll feature to our customers.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to product delivery with visual concepts and UX methods
- Continuous iteration of our Design System and UI Library
- Acts end-to-end and delivers a holistic user experience to match customer as well as business needs
- Create usable interfaces through simplified user flows
- Create and able to iterate quickly prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews
- Work closely and effectively with Product Managers and Engineers
- Seek and provide feedback regularly on the design development process
- Partnering closely with UX Research to drive discovery efforts
- Applying human-centered design to designing interfaces and experiences
