Team Lead Customer Success Management DACH (m/f/d)

As Team Lead, Customer Success Management (DACH) you will be part of the leadership team in our Customer Experience organisation and lead the strategy and execution for a Customer Success team to ensure the successful adoption, maturity, value realisation, and growth of Personio’s largest customers in the DACH region. The focus of your role is to be a coach and strategic planner for a team of Customer Success Managers (CSM’s). Another key part of this role is meeting and engaging with customers and establishing relationships with key HR executives within our customer base as well as internal stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 Customer Success Managers in the DACH region, that delivers results, has fun and lives the Personio values
In close collaboration with other Team Leads and the Head of Customer Success Management, you will contribute to the overall vision and strategy of the CSM team
You will monitor and identify adoption, maturity, and growth trends for the team and customers to inform customer and business strategy
You will understand customer needs and collaborate with other internal teams (i.e. Customer Growth, Product) to ensure customer success with special emphasis on adoption, expansion, renewals and churn prevention
You will partner with the Sales organisation to engage in pre-sales activities for high-value opportunities
What you need to succeed
4+ years of leadership experience within a SaaS organisation or in HR (HR Transformation and Enablement, HR Consulting or Project Mgmt)
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organisation
Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term software solutions
Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators
Ability to build trust and rapport with a (customer success) team and their respective book of business
Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals
Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers
Demonstrated passion for HR and People Management
Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred
Fluent German & English speaker
