The Role
This role will be an integral part of the CEO Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff and working as a key partner to the CEO on a broad range of topics. Additionally, you will be a part of the wider business operations group that works across Personio on running and evolving our operating model, operationalizing our strategy and removing friction to speed up execution. This is an ideal role for someone who has gathered experience in fast-paced environments and wants to get insights into running one of Europe’s most successful startups before transitioning into a leadership role themselves.
Here is a list of some of your core responsibilities and contributions:
- Lead or partner on high-priority projects driven by the CEO across all functions of the business
- Build qualitative and quantitative analyses and develop perspectives on internal and external issues to assist in the alignment of priorities and accelerate decision-making
- Coordinate, run, and optimize the operating model and cadence of the company, including effective alignment of company-wide processes and meetings (e.g. Business Reviews, Strategic Reviews, Business and Headcount Planning)
- Proactively look for and evaluate areas of friction or inefficiencies in the business and recommend solutions to increase speed of execution
- Develop executive presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders including investors, board meetings and various internal circles
- Work as a key partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff in supporting all aspects of the business’s daily operational needs, ensuring timely follow-up on internal and external requests
