The Role
As part of the Learning & Development team, you are responsible for company-wide leadership development: you work with relevant stakeholder groups to develop an appropriate leadership philosophy and ensure that our leaders at all levels are able to act accordingly. You create and implement interactive and innovative leadership development formats, monitor the impact and improve. Together with external providers that you select, you ensure high quality, satisfaction and impact of the Leadership Development at Personio.

- Improve our Leadership Development Journey for all leaders’ levels with innovative and engaging development opportunities
- Develop a company wide Leadership philosophy and framework along our values and operating principles and drive the implementation
- Develop a pragmatic approach to identify and foster talents and establish best practices for succession planning
- Be able to ideate, design and facilitate interactive and engaging leadership development content and workshops for a fast moving company
- Monitor the impact and success of Leadership Development activities and prepare decision templates for Top Management
- Manage external vendors to ensure high quality of leadership programme delivery, setting KPIs to track with them regularly
- Ensure that Leadership is appropriately represented in our Performance & Engagement landscape
- Support in other Learning & Development related projects
