As an  Account Management Student (d/f/m) you will support us in providing our customers with the best possible product experience and maximize customer revenue.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Working Student Account Management (Start: asap, Munich):

  • Analyses & Reporting: Create customer related dashboards and perform data quality checks between Salesforce, Tableau, Sheets
  • Forecasting: You are responsible to ensure smooth forecasting with all necessary data being available to the Team Lead
  • Initiatives: Support different Account Management initiatives, such as team workshops or strategic customer activities
  • Projects: You work on topic-specific projects and key results for the Account Management Team
  • Organisation: Support in organising team gatherings, events and other team activities as well as supporting the team lead in their operational task


Intern Account Management (Start: 01.01.2025, Munich, German speaking):

  • Customer Operations: You will manage customer requests and support the Customer Growth Managers with specific parts of customer work
  • Upsell campaigns: You will lead & own the identification, designing and execution of upsell campaigns for pre-defined products
  • Analyses: You will support the team with ad-hoc analysis
  • Webinar Operations: You will own the planning and scheduling of our Growth webinars
  • Project Work: You will support with Strategic Customer Projects
  • Room for your development: Other responsibilities will be defined together with you, based on your interest, skills and experience

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
We are seeking interns and working students who effectively communicate and strengthen relationships with our customers. This includes the ability to listen to and understand their needs, and present solutions and products effectively.

Hard Skills:
  • You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study
  • You ideally have first experience in the areas of human resources, SaaS Sales, customer service, and/or in the startup industry
  • You have experience in creating analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
  • German is a must as we communicate with german customers only - but nevertheless English is our company language
Soft Skills:
  • You demonstrate excellent people skills with strong communication and interpersonal expertise
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to adapt to changing situations and customer needs
  • You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges
  • You show a high degree of proactiveness, diligence, and a get-stuff-done mentality

Salary:
  • Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
  • Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
