Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Strategy: You define and execute the International Payroll strategy, setting clear goals and objectives to drive business growth and user engagement.
Hiring: You recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to build a high-performing and collaborative team.
TechnicalLeadership: You provide technical guidance and leadership to the International Payroll engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence.
Delivery: You oversee the planning and execution of International Payroll development projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Partnership: You collaborate closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
Innovate: You stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices in development, and drive innovation within the team.
Communication: You effectively communicate the International Payroll strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
You have 5+ years of management experience. You’ve managed and grown high-performing teams, and learned from your failures.
Your strong leadership skills attract, motivate, and inspire new engineers to achieve exceptional results.
You have the ability to lead and make decisions to push forward. You’re comfortable owning even the most ambiguous problems and defining the road ahead.
You manage complex development projects, including planning, resource allocation, and riskmanagement.
Your excellent communicationandinterpersonalskills allow you to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships.
