As a Sales Development Representative (d/f/m), you play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
IgnitePositiveMomentum: You are characterized by active, confident and friendly communication, which makes it easy for you to approach potential customers.
DeliverExceptionalResults: You research and identify new customers in the public and non-profit sector as well as education & research, develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation and implement them.
ElevateOneAnother: You like being part of a motivated and ambitious team, enjoy achieving goals together with colleagues in Sales Development and Account Executives & sharing best practices!
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in sales and/or in the public sector/non-profit sector (e.g. internships or working student in sales, public sector consulting, etc.).
Career changers welcome! For example, students from the fields of political science, sociology or administrative science etc.
You are enthusiastic about software products.
You are an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently and always acts proactively.
You have strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level).
