Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Student - Customer Experience Enablement Working Student (Start: 01.06.2024, Location: Munich, Berlin, Dublin)

  • You will manage our tool landscape (Highspot, Userlane, LearnUpon, Calendly, and Zoom) including data reporting, Customer-Experience internal learning content management, and collaboration with tool owners and leaders
  • You will ensure that the Customer Experience Enablement operations run smoothly by diligently working through Jira governance routines, reporting statistics, and alignments with the rest of the team.
  • You will track and present data insights using Google Sheets and Slides and provide valuable insights to the team.
  • You will perform regular learning content maintenance updates to various materials (eLearning modules, Confluence articles, videos)
  • You will contribute to a seamless onboarding experience by supporting scheduling, communication, troubleshooting, and reporting for key programs
  • You will contribute to the creation of eLearning content to enable Customer Experience at Personio
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

Hard skills:
  • You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Education, or a comparable course of study
  • You are experienced in using the Google Suite or MS Office package and have an affinity for data
  • English is required, as we are a European company

  • You have strong communication skills
  • You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
  • You are well organized and show curiosity and a desire to learn more
  • You have analytical skills and like to work with data
